Critical thinking in education: a systematic review

The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze contributions made development critical thinking in educational field. Therefore, examination corresponds a systematic review design basic research. information collected using bibliographic search documents different reliable databases. Twenty articles were selected. From documentary review, it has been determined that most prevalent investigations have quantitative, descriptive, qualitative, mixed. It found is essential becoming whole person. This implies subject can define or fully understand situation problem guides him towards its solution. In this context, as thinker, student must develop specific capacities are constantly stimulated so they be sufficiently enhanced become an actual skill.
